Open VyaraRecon
Start the VyaraRecon server from the Windows launcher or open the installed desktop app. The app opens in your browser and connects to the local service.
Set up a reconciliation
Choose a purchase register and a downloaded GSTR-2A or GSTR-2B statement. Upload CSV or Excel files, or a supported GST portal JSON file. Common Tally and BUSY export columns are detected automatically. Include supplier GSTIN, invoice number, invoice date and tax amounts for the clearest comparison.
Review matches
VyaraRecon compares supplier GSTIN, invoice number, date and tax amounts. Open a result to see the source rows, matching rule, difference and any data-quality flags. Use filters and search to focus on exact matches, likely matches, unmatched records and exceptions. Save review decisions and notes to the run history.
Save and export work
Preview files before comparing them. Assign a tax period to keep runs organized. Download a CSV, an Excel workbook with summary and exception sheets, or a working CSV for your accounting workflow. Check the target company and ledger mapping before importing an export.
Invoice capture
Upload a PDF or image to capture invoice fields. Compare each extracted value with the original invoice before using it. Review status keeps track of your check; it does not post an entry to the books.
Books and bank workflows
Record journal, receipt, payment, purchase and sales vouchers. Review trial balance, profit and loss, and balance sheet workpapers. For bank review, import a statement CSV, inspect suggested matches and confirm each match.
Account settings
Use Settings to change your password, review data-storage details, sign out or delete your account and its saved workspace records. Keep your sign-in credentials private.
Matching details
Matching is one-to-one and uses configurable tax tolerances. Ambiguous matches and duplicate invoice keys remain available for review. Date differences and tax-component differences are flagged when both source files contain the relevant fields. Open Inspect to view parsed record positions, tolerances, duplicate counts and the reason for a result.
